  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (Update if you add international later.)

  • Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other regional carriers.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Expedited shipping options, if available, will display estimated timelines at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

Iron Shea is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier issues or service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • High-volume shopping periods


Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
