We want you to feel confident trying Iron Shea. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or digital items

  • Items marked as final sale


How to Start a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different product, return the original item and place a new order.
